INVITATION TO BID

The City of Baneberry (City) will be accepting bids for the Baneberry Stormwater System Maintenance Project.

For a copy of the bid specifications and contract documents, please contact the City office at (865) 674-0124.

Bid proposals must be: 1) submitted in a sealed envelope; 2) envelope must be clearly marked “Baneberry Stormwater Project.” 3) official bid proposal form must be signed and included with the bid documents.

Sealed bid proposals should either be mailed or delivered to the City of Baneberry at 521 Harrison Ferry Road, Baneberry, TN, 37890. Bid proposals will be accepted until 10:00am, Monday, December 30, 2024, at which time proposals will be opened in the City Community Center.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling of said proposals. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the City.

The City assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.I. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination.
