Harshbarger Reintroduces One Flag for All Act

Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger (TN-01) reintroduced the One Flag for All Act. This legislation was first introduced after the Biden Administration disgraced the White House and countless Americans by displaying a pride flag between two American flags. Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) has introduced the companion bill in the Senate.

President Trump recently issued a “One Flag Policy” barring U.S. outposts from flying flags other than the United States at home and abroad. Rep. Harshbarger’s and Sen. Marshall’s One Flag for All Act will certify President Trump’s policy and ensure that no one in the future will be able to disgrace the American flag on federal public buildings again.

Rep. Harshbarger issued the following statement.

“Old Glory is the most recognized symbol of strength, freedom, and prosperity in the entire world. American soldiers did not raise our flag at Iwo Jima for it to be disgraced decades later by radical ideologies.

“Our flag represents every single American, and should never be disgraced on federal public properties by not being the primary flag flown. This legislation accomplishes just that.”

“Never again should a flag that promotes radical gender ideology be flown, draped, or displayed outside the White House or any other federal building,” Senator Marshall said.

“The American flag is our nation’s symbol and should be the primary flag proudly flown over government property. I’m proud to introduce legislation to honor Old Glory and ensure rogue politicians and bureaucrats never deface our sacred symbol again.”
