Invitation to Bid: Vehicle Body Shop & Repair Services

Jefferson County Purchasing Department and participating entities; Sheriff’s Department, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), County Maintenance, and Board of Education, will be accepting sealed bids for “Vehicle Body Shop & Repair Services” for all county owned vehicles that have been wrecked or damaged in accidents. County fleet vehicles will include many different makes, models, years, and emergency vehicles such as ambulances and police vehicles. Sealed bids should be clearly labeled “Vehicle Body Shop & Repair Services” and either mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Purchasing Agent Julie Anglea, P.O. Box 1749 Dandridge, TN 37725 or dropped off at 1244 Gay Street Dandridge, TN 37725. Sealed bids will be accepted until June 20, 2025 @ 11am ET at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room. No late bids will be accepted. Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
