Request for Proposals: Jefferson County High School Agricultural Barn Project
The Jefferson County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids for “JCHS Agricultural Barn Project”. Bidders must obtain plans, specs, and contract documents from the Lewis Group Architects, 611 King St. Knoxville, TN 37917, Telephone 865-584- 5000. All documents will be available electronically by contacting Seth Schweitzer at sschweitzer@lewisgroup.net. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday August 5, 2025, at 10:00am ET at the JCHS, 115 West Dumplin Valley Road, Dandridge, TN 37725. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany each bid. A payment bond and performance bond will be required from the awarded bidder. Sealed bids should be clearly labeled “JCHS Agricultural Barn Project” and either mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department: Attn Julie Anglea P.O. Box 1749 Dandridge, TN 37725 or dropped off at 1244 Gay Street Dandridge, TN 37725. Sealed bids will be accepted until August 19, 2025 @ 2pm ET at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room. No late bids will be accepted, opened, nor returned. Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors.
