“Tech Help Thursdays 2:00 pm-4:00 pm”. Parrott-Wood Memorial Library (3133 W. Old A.J. Hwy., Strawberry Plains, TN) is happy to announce Basic Technology Classes. They will have someone available to help with your phone, tablet, or laptop. They can assist with setting up accounts, basic email functions, customizing features on your phone, printing files, editing documents, etc. They can also, help you get started using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. These classes are made possible by a $3,000.00 Training Opportunities for the Public (TOP) Grant through the Tennessee State Library and Archives. Director Donna Phillips is so pleased to have been awarded this wonderful grant. She stated the library will be providing classes to the young and the old.
