Notice of Public Hearings

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, October 6, 2025, the City of Baneberry City Commission will hold a Public hearing at 521 Harrison Ferry Road at 6:00pm for the following:

A. Ordinance 2025-16: An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of Baneberry Tennessee By Creating A New Zoning District To Accommodate Light Industrial Uses Without Compromising The Quality And Way Of Life In Baneberry.

B. Ordinance 2025-18: An Ordinance Amending The Certificate Of Occupancy Regulations By Adding A Section On Temporary Certificates Of Occupancy

Further information pertaining to these Public Hearings can be obtained at City Hall located at 521 Harrison Ferry Road Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am and 1pm.
