NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, April 13, 2026, the City of Baneberry City Commission will hold a Public hearing at 521 Harrison Ferry Road at 6:00pm for the following:

A. Ordinance 2026 – 02: An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance and Municipal Code of the City of Baneberry to Clarify Authorities and Requirements for Sign Regulations.

B. Ordinance 2026 – 03: An Ordinance Amending The Zoning Ordinance and Municipal Code of the City of Baneberry to Clarify Reviewing Authorities and Requirements for Stormwater Infrastructure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 23, 2026, the City of Baneberry Planning Commission will hold a Public hearing at 521 Harrison Ferry Road at 6:00pm for the following:

A. Resolution 2026-02: A Resolution Amending Regulations Regarding Private Roads and Easements.

Further information pertaining to these Public Hearings can be obtained at City Hall located at 521 Harrison Ferry Road Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am and 1pm.
