The City of Baneberry, Tennessee hereby announces the following:
A Public Hearing on Monday, June 08, 2026, at 6:00pm for Ordinance 2026-05: An Ordinance of the City of Baneberry, TN Adopting the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, and Ending June 30, 2027. Included in Ordinance 2026-05 is a proposal to maintain the current property tax rate of $0.5463 per $100 of assessed value.

Immediately following the Public Hearing, a 2nd Reading of Ordinance 2026-05: An Ordinance of the City of Baneberry, TN Adopting the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, and Ending June 30, 2027 will occur at the City Commission Regular Business Meeting.
