ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Bay Floor Refinishing Project at Dandridge Fire Department Station 1

The Town of Dandridge, Tennessee will receive sealed bids for refinishing the bay floor at Station 1 until 10:00 a.m. on November 9, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are to be addressed to the Town Recorder and delivered to the Town of Dandridge, 131 East Main Street, Dandridge, TN 37725.

Minimum bid specifications may be obtained from Dandridge Town Hall, 131 East Main Street, Dandridge, TN 37725. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 4, 2026 at 11:00am at the station.

Please mark Bay Floor Refinishing Project on all sealed envelopes. All bids must be received by the Town of Dandridge before the bid opening. No late or unsigned bids will be considered under any circumstance. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
