Congressman Duncan Carson-Newman University 04082013Carson-Newman President Randall O’Brien, center, and Jefferson County Mayor Alan Palmieri, left, welcome Congressman John Duncan, Jr. to Carson-Newman’s campus on Thursday, April 4, 2013. The three visited prior to a reception in Sarah Swann Hall held in Duncan’s honor. The visit was one of the Congressman’s stops in Jefferson County that also included a visit to Mt. Horeb Elementary.
