Jefferson County GOP Will Host Lincoln/Reagan Dinner April 27th

The Jefferson County Republican Party is pleased to host its 2013 Lincoln/Reagan Day Dinner on Saturday, April 27th at Stokely Memorial Cafeteria at Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City. United States Senator Lamar Alexander will be the dinner’s featured speaker.

“We are once again pleased to be hosting a Lincoln/Reagan Day event that will be important to the people of Jefferson County, as Senator Alexander will bring his impressions of what is currently happening in Washington, and how he, Senator Corker, and Tennessee’s congressional delegation are fighting Obama Administration policies that are having adverse effects on our community,” Jefferson County Republican Chairman Paula Rugel-Gibson said, “we always look forward to hearing Senator Alexander bring his optimistic vision to Jefferson County.”

Party officials have also stated that Congressmen John J. Duncan Jr. and Phil Roe, along with State Senator Frank Niceley and State Representatives Andrew Farmer and Jeremy Faison have also been invited to give remarks.

Doors will open at 6:00pm and dinner will begin at 7:00pm. Tickets are $30/each, and are available from County Republican Executive Committee Members.
