O’Quinn Receives Eagle Scout Designation

Jacob O’Quinn achieves Eagle Scout on May 11, 2013 at First Baptist Church Jefferson City,Tn. Jacob was the 90th Eagle Scout of Troop 76 that received the Eagle Scout. Pictured here with his Father Scott O’Quinn and His Mother LaDuska O’Quinn. A small Reception was held after the ceremony.
