Strawberry Plains Spring Festival

This last Friday Strawberry Plains held their annual Spring Festival at Rush Strong School. The Festival is held by the Strawberry Plains Community Alliance which takes part in many varying community enhancement initiatives. The organization is currently working towards reconstructing the community sidewalks ultimately in the down town area. All proceeds from Friday’s festival went back into benefiting the community. The festival showcased a wide variety of regionals artisans, crafters, food vendors, and story tellers along with antique cars and tractors for show. The turn-out was quite spectacular with many children running around and enjoying the sunshine, bounce house, and music.
