Dumplin Valley was alive with music on Saturday evening, as the Dumplin Valley Farm Concert Series held their second event of the season. Lost Creek Band brought their flair for a great tune to the Valley and locals came out in large numbers to show their appreciation for their homegrown sound. The Dumplin Valley Farm Concert Series is a family friendly event that brings high quality music down on the farm. Every second Saturday of the month, from May through October, will find the Valley grooving to an eclectic array of bands that offer something for every music lover. The inflatable play area is a favorite of young concert goers and refreshments are available for purchase. Bring a chair or blanket and be prepared to be entertained big city style, without the big city fuss. July’s lineup will feature house favorites Grits and one of last season’s most popular entertainers Jay Storm. The gates will open at 6:30 and the concert will kick off around 7:30.
