INVITATION TO BID

Jefferson County Finance Director will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the office building located at 1810 Bishop Avenue, Jefferson City, Tn. For more information please contact Finance Director Darrell Helton at 865-397-4922, Ext. 101.

Sealed bids should be labeled “Bishop Street Property” and either dropped off or mailed to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street or P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725. Bids will be accepted until 1 PM Tuesday July 29, 2014 at which time bids will be opened at the finance department.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
