INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting bids for a new gym floor at the Rush Strong School old gymnasium building. Background checks will be required on all employees. Contractor must provide proof of a $1 million liability policy. For complete bid specifications vendors should contact Michael Phagan, Director of Facilities, at 865-397-3436.

Sealed bids should be labeled “Rush Strong Gymnasium Floor” and either dropped off or mailed to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street or PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM Friday, September 26, 2014 at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
