EVELYN JOAN COCHRAN PHILLIPS
EVELYN JOAN COCHRAN PHILLIPS, age 60, of Jefferson City, TN passed away peacefully at Tennova North in Knoxville on March 19, 2017. Preceded in death by her parents, Beecher and Helen Cochran; grandparents, Bruce and Sallie Cochran, and Jack and Bonnie Prater; brother-in-law, Chris Bowling; niece, Michelle Miller. She is survived by her loving husband, Scotty Phillips; brother, Jack Cochran and wife Sylvia; in-laws, Douglas and Margaret Hall, Kenny and Lois Phillips; sisters-in-law, Melicia Bowling, and Brandie Wunderlin and husband, Randy; nephews and nieces, Wyatt and Wesley Wunderlin, Kyle and Riley Bowling, Jackie Cochran, Jennifer Jackson, Joseph Prater, and Jonathan Prater; several other great nieces and nephews; uncle and aunt, Jeff and Cindy Prater. The family wishes to give a special thank you to the staff of Jefferson City Health and Rehab. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Lindsey officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday morning at Mill Springs Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
