Introducing the JCHS Homecoming Court Representatives

Jefferson County High School announced the 2019 Homecoming representatives this week. The ladies were elected by popular vote by each class and will be escorted by JROTC Cadets.

Representing the Patriot Academy Freshman Class:

Taylor Gockenbach – The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Gockenbach of Dandridge. She is a member of the volleyball team and plans to run track in the spring. She also plays volleyball for Club Unite and tumbles and cheers for the Knoxville Twisters. Taylor attends the Crossing Church in Kodak, enjoys attending Young Life and traveling. She will be escorted by Caleb Ball, son of Tyler Ball and Jeff and April Bringman.

Erika Hall – The daughter of Stacy and Amy Hall of White Pine. She is a member of the Lady Patriots Softball Team. Erika attends the Avenue Church in Morristown. She is escorted by Jacob Holdway. Son of Josh and Latiasha Holdway.

Representing the Sophomore Class:

Emmie Edwards – The daughter of Dennis and Kelly Edwards of Dandridge. She is a member of LINK, HOSA, and is on the volleyball and track teams. Emmie is a member of The Crossing Church of Kodak. She enjoys singing and participating in Young Life. She is escorted by Austin Crusenberry, son of Roger and Teresa Crusenberry.

Avery Cooper – The daughter of Ms. Monica Cooper of White Pine. She is a member of Patriot Pals, FCCLA and Young Life. She plays volleyball with Extremem Volleyball Club. Avery enjoys shopping, being outdoors and playing volleyball. She attends Heritage Church in Jefferson City. She is escorted by Hunter Raycraft, son of Chris and Tina Brock.

Representing the Junior Class:

Emma Bowlin – The daughter of Colonel and Mrs. Brad Bowlin of Dandridge. She is a member of the JCHS Varsity Cheerleading Team, Young Life and in the current Youth Leadership Class. Emma enjoys snowboarding and spending time on the lake. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Dandridge. She is escorted by Ben Giles, son of Brian and Amanda Giles.

Maddison Greenlee – The daughter of Ryan Greenlee of Talbot and Alana Greenlee of Dandridge. She is a member of the Lady Patriots Soccer Team, Beta Club, and the Science National Honors Society. Maddison is a member of The Avenue Church in Morristown. She enjoys going to the beach and shopping. She is escorted by Caleb Wolff, son of Peter and Christy Wolff.

Representing the Senior Class:

Athena Burnette – The daughter of Brad and Missy Burnette of Strawberry Pains. Athena is a member of Holston Memorial Baptist Church. She enjoys traveling with her career in modeling and has participated in New York Fashion Week for the last 3 years. Athena spends her free time volunteering for the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley. After graduating she plans to pursue modeling in New York City and attending college, majoring in communications. She is escorted by Trevor Bailey, son of Chrystal Quinton.

Kayley Edison – The daughter of Mark Edison of White Pine and Misty Stiles of Dandridge. She is a member of the Spanish Club, Beta Club, and leader of the RIOT. She is also a member of the JCHS Track Team. Kayley is a member of Leadvale Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoys competitive snowboarding, wakeboarding, and lifeguarding at the Jefferson City pool. She is escorted by Hunter Frame, son of Cory and Jane Frame.

Makayla Alvey – The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shane Alvey of Chesnut Hill. She is an all-state player on the State Champion Softball Team. She is also a member of varsity basketball and volleyball teams. Makayla is a graduate of the 2019 Youth Leadership class and attends Swansylvania Baptist Church. She enjoys fishing and spending time with her family. She will be attending Lipscomb University on a Division 1 Softball Scholarship. She is escorted by Russell Coleman, son of Gary and Dawn Coleman.

Kara Eldridge – The daughter of Sandra Key of Jefferson City. She is a 4-year member of the JCHS Cheer Team and serves as a captain this year. She has also cheered for Jaguar Athletics for 13 years. Kara enjoys competitive cheer, teaching younger children gymnastics, going to church and volunteering at Children’s Hospital and Appalachian Outreach. Kara hopes to continue to cheer in college. She is escorted by Chase Frame, son of Cory and Jane Frame.

Jennifer Zapata – The daughter of Mr. Jose Zapata and Mrs. Angelica Meza of Dandridge. She is a member of the Leo Club, Track Team, and Varsity Cross Country Team. She Enjoys hiking, traveling, running, and volunteering at Jefferson Park Nursing Home. Jennifer is a member of Jefferson City Christian Church. She is escorted by Bryan Izaguirrez, son of James and Tanya Shupert.

Chasity Osborne – The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Osborne of Jefferson City. She is a member of the Lady Patriots Varsity Soccer Team, Patriot Events Council, Patriot Pals, Leo Club and Beta Club. Chasity attends Morningside Baptist Church in Morristown. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking and shopping. She is escorted by Zander Raycraft, son of Chris and Tina Brock.

Carley Murphy – The Daughter of Sissy Nichols of Jefferson City. She is the Supply and Logistics Officer for the JROTC Battalion Staff, a member of the Patriot ensemble, and has served as the Football Equipment Manager for 4 years. She also sings with the praise choir at Grace Community Church. After high school, Carley plans to join the Army Reserves and attend Carson-Newman University double majoring in Sports Management and Musial Theater. Carley believes that everyone deserves at least one second chance and enjoys making people laugh. She is escorted by her brother, Roby Murphy.

Reese Ratcliff – The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ratcliff of White Pine. She is a 4-year member of the JCHS Cheerleading Team and serves as captain this year. Reese attends Young Life and Arrowhead Church in Morristown. She enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, tumbling and surfing. She is escorted by Lowe Stephens, son of Greg and Cassandra Stephens.
