Jefferson County Democrats met on Friday, February 1, 2013 at Perkins restaurant. The party has been meeting monthly to discuss local, State and National issues, as well as stimulate interest in the party. The Jefferson County Democrat Party has enjoyed a surge in the past few election cycles and, for the first time in recent memory, participated in Primary election cycle with a Democrat primary. The public is encouraged to attend their monthly meeting and familiarize themselves with the local Democrat Party, as they grow and maintain an active presence in the County.
