PATTON JAMES GEREN, age 64, of Jefferson City, TN, formerly of LaPorte, IN, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019 at his residence. Preceded in death by parents, Arlen and Caroline Geren; sister, Carolyn Saffell. He is survived by his sons, Jaison Geren of Indiana and Toby Geren of Clinton, TN; daughter, Angela Geren of Knoxville; eleven grandchildren; brothers, Frank Geren of Florida, Ronnie Geren of Indiana and Harold Geren of Illinois; sister, Arlene Caywood of Cleveland, TN; several nieces and nephews; and special caregiver, Karie Baxley. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
