One Sticker Fomat

The Tennessee Department of Revenue has released a new vehicle registration format where only one sticker will be applied to the plate. The new sticker will indicate the month and year of expiration and new plates issued will no longer have a separate month sticker in the upper left corner. The new combination sticker should be applied to the upper right corner of the license plate.
