New Business

1. Stuart Anderson of George Ewart Architects, West Price Road, Medical Facility – 17445 square foot building, on 4 acres with 115 parking spaces to house 12 professionals (doctors).  (Approved)

2. The Point Resort, 1376 Penninsula Lane,  Site Plan Review – RV hookup sites, 30 sites this summer and 30 sites next year, no permanent structures allowed, must be capable of moving out in an hour if necessary.  Plan will need TVA approval.  We need bond for road surface.  Problems with sewer need to be resolved.  (Denied)

3. Reviewed Proposed Ordinance creating regulations for the preservation of certain properties on the National Register Of Historical Places and/or structures within the H-1 district of the Town Of Dandridge to be afforded protection from neglect. (Proposed changes and to post on Dandridge website until next month. Proposed action next month.)
