With the new age of technology slowly integrating itself into our daily lives, it appears more and more as if everyone has a smart phone. With these, comes the inevitable multitude of applications available for download. What seems to be becoming the most popular of these lately are “re-sale” apps. Applications like Etsy, Poshmark, and Wanelo, link users to crafts and every other purchase imaginable. Etsy is a site specifically designed for people to sell their creations including everything from paintings to jewelry. Poshmark is similar to a thrift shop but for the fashionista. Browsing through the array of products, one can find couture brands for over sixty percent off their original price. Wanelo, short for Want-Need-Love, constantly updates with unique and quirky products all in one screen. Clicking the photo will send you to a link about the product and where to purchase it, allowing for fast and easy navigation of the products presented. Online shopping has become ever more popular recently, but now, at the touch of a finger, one can have almost any good imaginable in the palm of their hand.
