League of Women Voters Meeting, November 12, 2013

The League of Women Voters of Jefferson County will hold its monthly program on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, 7:00 p.m., at the Appalachian Electric Cooperative, 1109 Hill Street, New Market. Dr. Sharon Teets, Chair of Carson-Newman University’s Department of Education and lifetime member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, will discuss important issues concerning the education of young children.

The local community and all League members are invited to attend. The League of Women Voters is non-partisan and welcomes new members, men and women alike. Its programs are open to the public.
