Annual Taste Of Nations in Dandridge, TN

The streets on the historic town square in Dandridge were filled on Friday evening as locals and visitors came out in droves to enjoy a Taste of Nations. The annual event, which is sponsored by local businesses is a favorite event, as was evidenced by the lines of people waiting to get a sampling of food from their favorite countries. Flags flew high representing a multitude of nations, from the traditional food nations of Italy and Germany to surprises like the Ukraine. Businesses owners offered up fare from lands far and not so far away, as in the case of VOL Country. It was an evening filled with fun, food and a great community spirit, serving as an example of small town living at its best.
