CHERLYL (SHERRIE) LYNN FLOYD, age 56, of Dandridge, TN passed away suddenly at 1:39 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at UT Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Floyd; father, Burl Smith; brother, Allen Smith; and grandparents. Sherrie is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Ronnie Floyd; daughters, Tina Floyd Gardner and husband Josh Gardner, Crystal Floyd Barnett and husband Terry Barnett; mother, Mary Smith; sister, Teresa Williams and husband Hank Williams, all of Dandridge; grandchildren, Alexis Floyd, Brittnea Floyd, Taylor Floyd, Taylor Gardner; and Daffanee; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; and lots of special friends. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev.Thurman Dyke officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday morning at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
