PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all County Commissioners and residents of Jefferson County, Tennessee, and to all other persons who might be interested, that the Jefferson County Commission Budget Committee will meet for an open, public Special-Called Meeting on Monday, May 11, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. in the Main Courtroom of the Jefferson County Courthouse, 202 W. Main St, Dandridge.

The purpose of the meeting is for:

1-Discussion & action related to the use of fund balance in Fund 181 (Other Capital Projects-RZEDB-High) to cover unexpect-ed roof cost for Building 8, Jefferson County High School (JCHS); and

2-Discussion & action related to the use of sale of scrap proceeds to cover the unexpected roof cost for Building 8, JCHS.

THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 8-44-101 to 8-44-106, Tenn. Code Ann. as amended.
