INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for cleaning services for the following locations:

–          Jefferson Academy at 341 West Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, Tn 37760.

–          School Central Office next to Dandridge Courthouse

–          Oakland Center next to JCHS

–          Technology Center next to JCHS

Quotes should cover cleaning bathrooms, floor cleaning (vacuum, sweep, or mop), dusting and cleaning interior windows twice a week at Central Office, Oakland Center and Technology Center.

All interested vendors for Central Office, Oakland Center and Technology Center should contact Michael Phagan at 865-397-1156 for bid specifications.

All interested vendors for Jefferson Academy should contact Garry Jett at 865-475-5007 for bid specifications.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Langdon Potts, P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM Thursday June 11, 2015, at which times bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room.

Sealed bids should be clearly marked for the particular item being bid.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
