INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for an annual Preventive Maintenance Contract on the HVAC SYSTEM located at the Jefferson County Justice Center. Successful bidder must have HVAC certification and knowledge of AAONAIRE Energy Recovery Units.

Complete background checks, Insurance, Company Business License, and References must be included with the Bid Package.

For a tour of the Facilities and/or Specifications and Bid Documents you may contact the Office of the Director of Facilities and Safety 214 West Main street, Dandridge, TN 37725, or you may call David Longmire at 865-397-3800/865-257-4852.  All bidders are required to obtain and submit a fully completed bid package to be considered for the bid.

Sealed bids should be labeled HVAC PM BID and be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Langdon Potts, Finance Director, PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN  37725 or dropped off at physical address:  1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:30 PM Thursday, June 16, 2016 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
