Local retail store seeking to fill the position of Assistant Manager in Gatlinburg, TN. Duties: Mng all store ops efficiently & smoothly; supervise non-mgmt employees; train employees; assist customers w/purchases & returns; maintain accurate inventory & alert GM when inventory needs to be ordered; conduct periodic inventory counts; loss prevention; run daily, weekly & monthly sales reports from POS system; appropriate product displays; ensure aisles are clean and hazed free; prepare weekly schedules for employees & ensure proper staffing; communicate w/GM & Owner regarding store needs REQ: HS Dipl./GED + 12 mths exp.; training provided.
