NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO
THE JEFFERSON COUNTY ZONING RESOLUTION
January 20, 2026

The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 in the Jefferson County Courthouse. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear comments from the public on the following proposed resolutions:

Resolution 2025-63- Amending the “Zoning Resolution of Jefferson County, Tennessee” to reflect certain prohibited uses in all zoning districts and permitted uses in the I-3 zoning district.

Three copies of the proposed resolution will be available at the zoning office during normal business hours for public review.
