INVITATION TO BID – Transportation Fuel for the 2026-2027 School Year

Invitation to Bid (ITB):

Jefferson County Board of Education (JCBOE) will be accepting sealed bids for “Transportation Fuel” for the 2026-2027 school year with the possibility to extend this bid up to four (4) additional years at the discretion of JCBOE. Sealed bids must be labeled “Transportation Fuel” and may be mailed to Attn: Purchasing Agent JC Finance Dept. P.O. Box 1749 Dandridge, TN 37725 or hand deliver to 1244 Gay St. Dandridge, TN 37725. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00pm July 2, 2026, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room. For specifications, bid documents, and further information please visit the county website at www.jeffersoncountytn.gov/finance-department. Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with Jefferson County.
