Record Crowds Fill Downtown Dandridge for June Jubilee
June Jubilee Music & Street Festival sees record crowds as festival season kicks off in Jefferson County.

The Dandridge June Jubilee Music & Street Festival, always a crowd favorite, exceeded expectations on Saturday, June 20th, delivering the largest turnout in the event’s history as thousands of visitors packed the streets of Tennessee’s second oldest town for a full day of music, food, and community celebration. Crowds began filling Historic Downtown Dandridge early and continued to build throughout the morning, extending through the span of the festival. Families, day trippers, tourists and regional visitors browsed vendor and exhibitors’ booths, enjoyed live performances, and lined up for street side cooking that stretched along the festival. Local business benefited from the increased foot traffic, with many calling it the largest Jubilee they’ve experienced.
Economic Boost Across Jefferson County
Beyond its entertainment value, the June Jubilee delivered a significant economic lift to the region. Restaurants, retailers, and gas stations benefited as visitors moved through the area with many staying overnight. Demand for local handcrafted goods, boutique items, and local products remained steady throughout the day, and eateries stayed busy from open to close.
The impact of June Jubilee extends beyond the downtown area. Convenience stores, lake area businesses, and attractions across Jefferson County benefit as attendees turn the festival into a full weekend visit.
