Jefferson County Tomorrow JCT & Save Our Farms and Homes SOFAH Joint Public Meeting, March 16, 2013

Two local citizen groups, Jefferson County Tomorrow(JCT) and Save Our Farms and Homes(SOFAH) have recently joined forces.  The groups share the common goal of focusing public attention on the value of American freedoms protected by the United States Constitution. The alliance will encourage individual community interest in protecting and maintaining those principles of freedom.  The groups have scheduled a public meeting to discuss issues and concerns relative to recent economic development proposals, the Norfolk Southern Intermodal and the Megasite. These projects have the potential to impact the citizens of Jefferson County on many levels.  D. Scott Hurley, Esq. legal counsel to SOFAH will facilitate the meeting. The public is encouraged and invited to attend this important meeting.
