Old Andrew Johnson Hwy, Jefferson City-currently subleased to Jefferson Rural Clinic were the three properties in question. With a proper Motion and 2nd, the Board Unanimously Approved amending the lease agreement to release the properties in question, which will revert back to Jefferson City and Jefferson County in joint ownership. A Resolution that will represent the 6th amendment to the hospital lease will be signed by the Board.

In other action, the Board postponed election of a medial staff member to the Jefferson Memorial Oversight Board, pending a recommendation. The Board Unanimously Approved decreasing the number of members that must be present for a quorum from 5 members to 4 members (which will go before the governing bodies).
