INVITATION TO BID – Roof And Complete Gutter Replacement On Courthouse Annex, Also Known As Clerk’s License / Mayor’s Office

INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for ROOF and complete GUTTER REPLACEMENT on the Courthouse Annex also known as the Clerk’s License/Mayor’s Office.

Insurance, and Company Business License must be included with the Bid Package.

For a tour of the Facilities and/or Specifications and Bid Documents you may contact the Office of the Director of Facilities and Safety, 214 West Main Street, Dandridge, Tn. 37725, or you may call David Longmire at 865-397-3800/865-257-4852.  All bidders are required to obtain and submit a FULLY COMPLETED BID PACKAGE to be considered for the bid.

Sealed bids should be labeled—ANNEX ROOF & GUTTERING –and either dropped off or mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts/David Longmire, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. SEPTEMBER 15, 2016, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
